This pristine lake is structured with a Home Owners Association, a five member Board Of Directors, and several volunteer committees. Covenants and Restrictions are in place to provide uniformity to the lake and its surroundings.
Sun Valley Country Club Inc. is the 9 hole Golf Course and Pro-Shop located on Hwy J-20 providing fun for families &
friends. Several tournaments are sponsored each year and many enjoy organized golf as well.
Property owners and there guests enjoy the wonderful fishing here at Sun Valley Lake. You will find a variety of fish
including; Walleye, Bass, Catfish, Crappie and Bluegill/Sunfish. Fishing Tournaments are scheduled each year for the children as well as the adults. The accountability of our water quality and fish is very important to our members, so the water is tested several times a year and the lake is restocked as needed. Several silt ponds are in place to help ensure our clean water quality.
